RESIDENTS’ PICNIC AT BROADOAKS PARK

Last weekend, Octagon hosted a summer picnic on the green at our flagship development, Broadoaks Park, for the whole community to enjoy.

Residents spent the afternoon in the sunshine, with grazing platters and a bespoke picnic set up, organised by The Luxury Picnic Company. It was a brilliant opportunity for residents to enjoy meeting and socialising with neighbours over Pimm’s, cocktails, nibbles and sweet treats!

The children of Broadoaks Park were able to play games, including giant Jenga, Pétanque, and of course football – as well as getting creative at our painting station on the lawn.

The site offers seven acres of open green space with private gardens and large communal lawns – a rare find in modern day residential developments – so it was great way to bring residents together, at a development designed with community living in mind.

Now the development is over 50% occupied, it was a lovely way to celebrate this fantastic new neighbourhood with an afternoon to remember!
