The Octagon team would like to extend a very warm welcome to our first residents at Broadoaks Park, who began settling into their new homes last month.

Moving into the fully reserved first phase of properties, our new residents are seeing this sought-after scheme rise rapidly around them. With the fantastic entrance now complete and works to create a footpath on Parvis Road finished, the 25 acre site is beginning its transformation into a brand new bustling community.

For those who haven’t yet reserved their home at Broadoaks Park, we have a limited number of family homes available within Phase 2, as well as just three, two bedroom apartments within the restored Grade II listed Coach House. We are also taking enquiries for Phase 3 upon request.
