MILESTONE AT BROADOAKS PARK – TIM BANKS, OCTAGON CEO

I am delighted to announce that all homes in Phase 1 at our flagship development, Broadoaks Park, have now been reserved, and we are already 50% reserved in Phase 2, with just nine properties still available to buy.

This is a fantastic milestone for our sales team, who have been working incredibly hard to not only navigate a new way of working, but also a busy 25 acre building site – which as many of my colleagues in the industry know is no mean feat.

Our very first residents move into Broadoaks Park next month – many of whom have instructed our exclusive inhouse interior design service, Octagon Interiors, to ensure their new home is both finished and furnished to Octagon’s customary high standards.

Whilst opening a show home has always been an excellent way to demonstrate the quality and space our homes will offer, we are currently selling at such a pace that this has, to date, been impossible to engineer – but do hope to be able to launch one of our stunning new homes as a show home in a future phase. We will however be launching a dedicated on-site Sales Suite this November and look forward to welcoming new prospective purchasers to the development.
